Shipping & Delivery

A lot of my items are made-to-order and so please consider that there is a production time required for me to make the products. I usually advice that you allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, however if you require an item by a certain date, for example a birthday, then please reach out and I will get your order posted as quickly as I can.

 

For Shipping to the UK I use Royal Mail 1st Class which usually takes 1-3 business days to deliver. In the instance that your parcel is delayed or doesn't arrive, please let me know and I will file a missing Item with the post office and get your issue resolved as soon as possible.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, please contact me at lilacteatrinkets@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery to arrange the return. Return postage must be paid for by the buyer, unless the product has arrived as damaged or faulty in which case I will do my best to arrange a replacement oor supply you with a refund. All returns must be sent to us within 14 days of informing us of the need to return the item.
